  • Press the UPWARD arrow button
  • Press the REWIND button twice, and then press the FORWARD button twice.
  • Your Roku device will undergo a restart, and the cache will be cleared

Clearing the cache by resetting the device

In this method, we’ll use on-screen prompts, and finally, by entering the 4-digit code, we can clear the device cache.

  • Press the home button on the remote and select ‘Settings‘.
  • Navigate to ‘System‘ and then select ‘Advanced system settings‘.
  • Choose the ‘Factory reset‘ option.
  • An input box will appear on the screen along with a 4-digit code.
